I just submitted 3 images for another photo competition called Earth Through a Lens. Quoting: The purpose of the show is to underscore the need to improve stewardship of the earth in order to create a sustainable environment. This goal will be realized by exhibiting as many as 50 photographs that focus on (a) the natural beauty of the earth (b) degradation of the environment by human activity and (c) attempts at restoration of the environment.
We'll see what happens. Here are the images I submitted. They focus on c), b) and a) respectively and were taken in 2009/2010. Amanda should recognize the first two :-)
